Hello everyone! My name is Cheyanne Turpin and I am the owner of Custom Mane. Here at Custom Mane I strive to give the best experience as possible. You will have a one on one experience with high speed wifi (for all the ladies that work from their phone or laptop) custom lattes, sodas, snacks, easy listening music, and quiet appointment- if wanted. A-little bit about me - I have been doing hair for about 3 years now and have loved every second of it. I am passionate in making other women feel confident when leaving my chair. My favorite service would have to be any blonding service. When I am not behind the chair you can find me spending time with my pup, hanging out with friends & family, shopping, or at Starbucks. Cancellation Policy
Please read this policy carefully. By scheduling, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
I require a 24 hour notice to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. In a case where a 24 hour notice is not given for a cancellation your card on file will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled.
DAY OF CANCELLATIONS, NOW SHOW, NO CALL WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE THAT WAS SCHEDULED.
I do understand life happens but there are texts that go out 72 hours in advance for your appointment.
I do not to any type of refunds. This is a service being provided to you, as we cannot take back time, labor, color, and materials.
